In Short: VPN FORCE does not log any information related to the use of our VPN and we cannot identify a user account under any circumstance. We strictly follow no-log policy:

• No log of user IP addresses.

• No log of user browsing data.

• No log of DNS requests.

• No log of user bandwidth.

• No log of any usage details including: when one is connecting, connected or disconnected.

• No log of VPN session connection details including: timestamp, duration, or location of connection.

If you use our Apps, we may collect the following information which is not related to user account:

• Customer Support. The content generated by the user during a customer support.

• Crash Data. Crash data is requested such as crash logs.

• Other Diagnostic Data. Other diagnostic data is requested including any other data collected for the purposes of measuring technical diagnostics related to the app.

• VPN Permission. We may request access or permission to VPN settings from your mobile device. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

• Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the mobile application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.
